Investment Properties in Houston Texas

I have a great deal of properties currently under contract in Houston Texas. I am having trouble moving them and would love some experienced advice. Properties ranging from low end full rehabs to high end touch ups. I am willing to work with all types of investors. Please reach out to me if you have any advice or interest.
