Taking a moment to pay tribute to the "date that will live in infamy".

The world changed that day.

I often thank veterans for their service and fully acknowledge that we couldn't do what we do without them doing what they do/did; not as a cursory statement or as an aside, but with a humble heart in gratitude.

On special days like today, I make it a point to stop and say a prayer for the safety of the service men and women currently serving an for those who paid the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our great nation.

It may be a cliche, but we are the land of the free because of the brave.

So thank you.
