Prospect & Follow up w/ seller (acquisitions partner)

- Primary Position & Proposal - "Acquisitions Partner" = Prospect for, Follow up with, & contract with "seller". 

- second proposal - "dispositions partner" = make and have organized cash buyer list, advertise deal social media, identify & contract with buyer; sell deal.

- third proposal:  "co-wholesale partner" - Work Your own seller lead, and "deal" through and with us.

1A. Acquisitions Partner, Follow up on seller lead Partner (local or remote):

- Make an out-bound follow-up call that's warm. (not a cold call)

- 30 minutes to 1 hour per day.

- You are verifying info, qualifying lead, building report with seller, analyzing numbers, make offer, send contract

- using Mojo dialer CRM

- booking appointment with seller for someone to see property to close deal

- book appointment with seller who wants (needs) retail, for our agent team to list, sell.

1B. Acquisitions Partner, Boots on Ground: (local)

- verify condition, face to face with seller, get contract, pictures, lock box, etc

2. Dispositions Partner

Have buyer list, attract new buyers, advertise contracted deal on social media, sell contract.

3. Co-wholesale partner . Your Own Seller Lead(s) run through us.

We have the money, expertise, contracts, support, mentor/partner attitude and we love to partner, co-wholesale and share deals and profit.)

Compensation:

- commissioned based, part time gig, Partner in the deal.

- acquire deal in contract through phone (10% profit of deal)

- go to property to verify condition, get pics, lock up deal under contract (20% of profit)

- market contract (deal) to end buyers, investors, 20% of profit.

- acquire and dispose involvement of both ends of deal 50% / 50%

- all paid at closing.
