New NC Broker looking to get into RE and Investing!

Chanda Carlton
Posted

Hi,

I am a NEW nc broker and I am looking for someone to partner with! I am interested in fix & flips, short-term rentals, buy and hold residential & multi-family homes that need a little bit of work.I am not scared of hard work!

I currently don’t have the capital to do this on my own, but I have the time to find deals, view the properties in person, manage the rentals and repairs, and do some repairs myself along with my husband.

I already have an LLC formed. If anyone is interested or has any questions, please message me.

* I am located in eastern NC area, 60 mins from Raleigh, 45 mins from Wilmington, and can also travel to Greenville, Fayetteville and surrounding areas.

Thank you for your time!

@Chanda Carlton  Hi and welcome to the game and your timing is great!  In the current environment there is plenty of Money to be had, what is lacking is Good Deals. So you are in a position to make this happen. You need to find the deals but they need to be "Good" deals. That means good for the investor, not just good for you. Properties that can be acquired for under market value, fixed up and then either sold or rented to make a profit or cash flow. Biggest tip I can give you, is - TAKE ACTION. knock on doors, cold call, etc.  The deals are there but few are willing to go hunting for them.
