Funding Partner for Passive 25 unit Portfolio purchase
Looking for a funding partner for a 25 unit portfolio purchase. Total cost is estimated at $2M and looking for someone to fund around $400k. I will take care of the rest of the funding and then management of the properties long term. Open to any terms at this point with a partner, i.e. equity share, cash flow share, or even just a straight interest rate with a balloon payment due in an acceptable time. Properties are all in the Hampton Roads area and are currently tenant occupied.
