Seeking (Desoto County, MS) Real Estate Attorney-Foreclosure

I have a prospective seller that is currently in Pre-Foreclosure status. The seller has successfully completed a modifcation with the Mortgage servicer, and have not missed any payments since the modification has been approved. However, the property is set to sale at auction 2.20.2020. Attorney needed urgently. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
