Looking for $60k nonrecourse loan to refi SDIRA prop in TN and IL
I have 3 properties in my Self-Directed IRA. I am looking to refinance them. All Single Family Rentals.
2 are located in Tennessee (owe $29k and $32k)
1 is located in Illinois (owe $60k)
IRA has adequate reserves :)
Would like to have 1 portfolio loan if possible, but would be happy with individual loans as well.
