Lead Manager / Inside Sales

Our fast-growing real estate investment company is seeking a Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent with outstanding phone and organizational skills. Previous real estate experience is not necessary. This job requires a high level of enthusiasm, professionalism, ability to project a positive attitude over the phone and a knack for getting people to feel comfortable talking to you. We are also looking for people who are self-starters, can take direction, and have a desire to be the best they can be.
This position will involve taking inbound calls and responding to various online leads from property owners in at least 3 states. It is up to our Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent to immediately respond to all leads and create instant rapport while gathering basic information about their property.
In addition to gathering basic information, as our Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent, you will attempt to gauge how motivated homeowners are to sell their property by analyzing their tone, attitude and willingness to share information. Finally, the Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent sets tasks for other team members to follow through with the lead. All information gathered is entered into our CRM (lead database) system.
When not managing incoming leads, the Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent will perform property research and prospecting to create new lead opportunities. This is currently a work from home position. You will be required to join in on a video conference call every Monday morning and join us in person the first Monday of each month.
Job Responsibilities:
● Answer inbound leads (calls and website) immediately
● Gather information from homeowners about their property
● Create rapport with homeowners and gauge motivation to sell
● Set tasks for Team Members
● Enter all information gathered from property owners into company CRM (Database)
● Manage cold and warm leads through follow up system
● Perform property research and prospecting to create new lead opportunities

● Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
● Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
Compensation:
Salary plus commission (plus bonus potential) – Room to grow and make more money!
