Seeking Active TC w/ Broker License OR Broker Multi-License

We are looking to expand our real estate software outside of California and are in need of an active TC who also has a brokerage license (or a broker in a state that allows multi-license). We currently need a partner in all states (except CA and FL). Our company (homecoin.com) is web application that mainly helps flippers/investors, FSBOs, and real estate pros make more money selling their properties by using a-la-carte real estate services (e.g. flat fee MLS).

Our customers often need additional assistance in their transaction - for example, they want a TC to assist them in making sure everything moves along correctly. We currently do ~1,000 listings per year in a very competitive market (CA), and believe there is much more room for growth both in our existing market in other areas where the model is more widely accepted (basically everywhere outside of CA).

We provide all customers. This is an independent contractor role - not a salaried position. The correct person for the job is most likely someone who is currently an active transaction coordinator w/ a brokerage license OR an active broker who is able to multi-license. Real estate is changing rapidly and we want to find the right partners build long-term, profitable relationships that will withstand the changes coming to our industry.

Integrity, fair dealing, honesty, and transparency is an absolute requirement. A track record of success and customer satisfaction is as well. Please reach out if you want to discuss more!
