Loan needed 18% APR for 6 months

Hello,

I am looking for a secured working capital loan for $50,000 for 6 months, 18% APR with lien position in one of my buildings. This loan can be mutually beneficial for the investor and me. The investor would get 18% APR on the $50,000 which is an excellent interest rate and rate of return, and I get working capital to help weather the storm of this pandemic.
