Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! This is a part-time, as-needed basis. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel, contractors and subcontractors
• Interface with home inspectors, contractors, project managers, realtors, and the general public etc.
• Request contractors bids
• Maintain work tracking accountability for all work needed and completed
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Maintain good communication with supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other managerial related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software, basic email, and the uploading of videos and pictures
• Great problem solving abilities
• Great communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Organized
• Flexible
• Must be a US citizen of the United States
• Must have a valid drivers license
• No felonies
