****Atlanta,Ga Refinance/Cashout to LLC*****

Hello Guys,

I know lending is pretty much on ice when it comes down to non-QM due to covid-19. Outside of this issue that we are facing with this virus do anyone knows any investor friendly lenders/banks that will refinance/cash out for a SFR in a LLC with rate being around 5-7%. I'm located in Atlanta,Ga, I figure finding a Community bank or Credit union would be my best option and wanted to see if anyone could provide me with lenders/banks that will work with LLC.
