Free carpet for your rental if you're in the Cleveland area!

Hi BP investors! If anyone is in need of some carpeting for a rental, here's a great opportunity. My wife and I just replaced a large area of carpeting in our personal home. The "old" carpet is in very good condition; my wife has just been stuck at home for the past six weeks, so she just got "the itch" to make some changes! This carpet is high pile, and tan in color with a very slight gold hue. I have two pieces. One is approximately 12'x28'; the other is approximately 12'x22'. You will need to arrange to have the carpeting picked up, and you will need to provide padding. If you don't have a carpet installer, I can make some recommendations. Needless to say, there are no guarantees or warranties on this free carpeting!
So what's in it for me? I am looking to build some relationships with other investors in the Cleveland area, so this is one way to get the word out! I own a construction company, and am always looking for BRRRR properties. I am more than happy to pay a finder's fee to anyone who helps me find a deal, so if you are reading this and know something, say something!
The only caveat is that I need to move this carpeting out of my house quickly, so this carpet is only available for the next couple of days; then it goes to Habitat.. Let me know if you're interested!
