Need Private/Hard Money for 3 Buy & Hold Properties
I have agreed to buy 3 Rental Properties in the Pennsylvania area & I've started to look for Private/Hard Money Lenders work with on funding this Buy & Hold investment I would like to pursue. I have 4 wholesale deals completed and I've joint ventured on One flip. I will be using the "BRRRR" Strategy on all 3 properties & plan to refi into long term loan within 6 months.
