My brother is looking to save a little money in fees since he bought the property last year. He's not happy with the realtor who worked with him previously as they are not investor-friendly.  He is looking for someone to work with for the sale of his home. He is seeking someone who will take 1.5% in commissions.

Since I'm a Pro member, I figured I'd extend this request to our investor-friendly BP community.  I can share all details of the property if you are interested in this lead.  I was able to visit his place earlier this year and it's minutes from downtown Scottsdale. The Uber ride took 6 mins to get to old town.
