Experienced investor looking to work with 1-2 licensed realtors in the Boise/Treasure Valley are as boots on the ground. We are primarily wholesalers but do a little of everything - buy/hold, rehab, develop etc. The applicant must be licensed! Job is case by case and will require taking videos and running comps for the properties we have under contract. Applicant can make even more money if more work is required. Bonus: We will allow applicant to participate in our Apprentice program where we give training on investing in real estate. If you are interested in learning the business you will love this program!
