My name is Jon and I'm currently working on an idea around connecting second homeowners with vetted property managers. Check out our early-stage site at topkey.io.

In many markets, there are often hundreds of property managers that all advertise similar services at wildly varying price and quality levels. We’ve heard from a number of friends that manually finding and vetting managers can be a pretty painful process - and not one that many want left to chance. This can be all the more challenging for first time buyers, people conducting the search remote, or those who are not very familiar with the local market.

Topkey is a tool to compare services, prices, and rental yields at a glance. Additionally, it will allow owners to manage the full interviewing and contracting process directly in the platform. For homeowners, this should greatly reduce the time and headache spent searching and interviewing property managers. For top management companies, this will serve as a lead generation tool to help more efficiently market their services and grow their portfolios.

Right now, we're looking for users interested in gaining free early access to help shape the product. If you have any friends who own and might be looking for a property or are just open to sharing feedback, we'd love to talk with them. We're also open to paying referrals to realtors interested in sending us owners who might like to try us out!
