Looking For Lenders For Cash Flowing Mobile Home Park
Looking to purchase a small Mobile Home Park in the SW. Paved street, city water & sewer, no park owned homes or empty lots! It needs nothing else at this time.
Purchase is $325,000.00. Looking for a first lien lender up to 70-75% LTV or $227,500.00-243,750.00. Rates & terms negoitable.
Then I need an equity partner for the rest, 25-30% or $81,250.00 to $97,500. Offering interest and split of profits.
