buyers in ny state
im looking for buyers in ny state mainly to work with on deals in my area im in talks with a lot of motivated buyer to contract with them but it would be sweeter if i had a greater number of buyers looking for them. im also looking for hard money lenders too to purchase multifamily homes already rented as long as the number make sense.
