We have a 20-unit mixed-use property we are looking to purchase a 10 cap on the southeast side of Chicago. The offer is for $500,000, and we are looking for a passive investor who wants a 10% return on their money.
The property has 12 1BR/1 BA, 4 Studio, and 4 retail properties. Right now, 15 units are rented. The property generated $147K in rent with $97K in expenses in 2019.
My business partner and I are both licensed real estate agents and have a full contractor crew. We are looking for accredited investors with at least $50,000.
