This is David here from The Estates Real Estate Group.
Today We’ll be talking more about our system and what we can do for you.

The Estates is a ​company that tracks distressed properties in any given state.

We provide you with a constant feed of properties that you can buy, renovate, rent, or flip. We have private lenders who can lend you money for flipping homes, building homes, and developing Real Estate.
We also have institutional lenders who can fund your construction projects.
Our main core business is providing properties and lenders and brokers to you so you can buy, renovate, and flip homes in volume.

Our buyers pay 12% interest and 3.75 points to their investors.


We have many employees that work full time to pull in the best deals with best spreads and returns. We are looking for solid flippers and lenders.

We have thousands of homes from all over the nation that hit our system daily. Our team members are trained to select, research, and upload into our database the most profitable homes, the deals with the 'spreads'.

There are four things that you get when you sign up into the system.

Number one, you get access to the system that has over one thousand fields of data. It shows you everything from comp values, to lien amounts, to property details. There is a lot of information you get as you look at the system. There are many people on the back end side of the system. They are constantly building records, doing title searches, and comparable market analysis. Our average title and comp searcher does anywhere between 200 to 500 records a month. They are constantly sending potential deals to you.

Number two is, we will assign a person who is called an Acquisition Assistant to you. This is a person who is local to your regional area. That person is there to give you advice, show you how to view records, and give you support on many levels. The Acquisition Assistant is extremely valuable to your success as you invest in properties.

The third thing you get is Education. We do anywhere from 8 to 10 online or physical meetups in any given state on a weekly basis. So you can literally get on 8 meetups in a week if not 10, and have many types of discussion with either our CEO, Craig, or an associate who is knowledgeable and experienced and can answer your questions.

We do all types of different calls. We do calls regarding Sub to negotiations, Tax Sales, Judgement Sales, Code Violations, Water Damage, Fire Damage, how to do a comparable market analysis, and to determine the proper values of your property, etc. The calls normally have multiple people on them asking the exact same question that you would ask. The benefit to The Estates is with these educational calls or meetups. If you are attending a call, then you are watching who is either ahead of you or behind you. They are going through the same process as you are, so the questions they ask most likely would be the questions that you would ask. The Intermediate and Advanced sessions are very powerful because you not only get mentored by someone like Craig but also from others in the system.

The fourth thing that you get, which is very powerful, is Strategies. We discuss the strategies in our Intermediate and Advance calls. The more strategies you learn, the better off you are as a Real Estate flipper or buy and hold investors. The key to these strategies is to understand how to buy, put a deal under contract, and work with a contractor to resell or flip and rent.

So what our mentor has figured out is this: If he can take several people, show them and teach them, as much as he knows. The more he can get out of his brain, and get the knowledge into yours. Then the more money you will make, which in turn means the more money we both will make.
