Seeking assistant property manager to help manage portfolio

I am trying to scale my real estate company, but have hit a point where I need help to grow more. I am looking for someone that can help manage day to day affairs. Such things like, manage maintenance requests, show vacant properties, check on properties, and check in on contractors doing rehab/make ready work. Can be mostly from home, except for the occasional check in on a property or showing.

This would be ideal for someone just wanting a few hours a week, mostly remote. Or for someone looking to learn about the real estate investing world. I'd be happy to teach you what I know and you can grow alongside me. I would like to continue to acquire units, and potentially start a property management company and/or handyman business to help diversify and compliment my buy and hold business. I'm also getting into foreclosures and rehabs, and could use some assistance with vetting potential properties for purchase/rehab.
