I have a Project in Orange County, CA that we are looking to build on an exisiting lot with a house. We are looking to tear down the smaller house and add 2 more units. 1 Larger Home with a JDU, In the back we have a larger ADU we will be building.

Im looking for a New construction lender to talk with.

Purchase price= $430K

Construction Costs= $ 300k

End Valution = $1,100,000
