We’re very successfully flipping properties purchased at heavily discounted prices, principally at tax deed auctions!!!

Our gross margins are 100% or more!!!

We’re seeking additional funds from equity investors, or private lenders.

All funds are secured by a first lien mortgage on the properties we purchase.
