Local Asst in Rock County WI for PM Company

My established PM company is looking to replace it's "boots on ground" in Rock County.  This position is small jack of all trades and will provide the person with extensive training in operating rentals.  Position responsibilities include:

*Showing of vacant apartments

*Completing move-out inspections with tenants

*Light landscaping

*Light maintenance (painting, cleaning, door knob replacement, etc)

*Coordinate occasional vendor services

Position can and will grow as portfolio in Rock County does.  Expansion can include additional hours in the above activities or morph into a more administrative role with the company.

Must be dependable, effective communicator, and able to work independently. Willing to train an eager and real estate minded candidate.

Winter hours will be between 5-15 depending on vacancy.  During spring and summer hours can be closer to 13-20, sometimes more.

Brio Properties manages 148 units in SE Wisconsin and employees 7 people.
