Executive Assistant to Real Estate Team
Assist Team Lead and operations team of The Elle Group in all administrative and clerical duties of real estate business as described below. It is imperative that this candidate is professional, ethical, and is committed to the same brand and commitment to themselves as TEG to their business. They must be a self starter who takes direction well, works collaboratively, is a creative thinker, and is solutions oriented professional.
Ideal candidate should have interest in business, operations, marketing, real estate, entrepreneurship, and finance.
Mandatory Competence: Google Office Suites, Microsoft Office Suites, bonus if familiarity with Keap (CRM), Asana, Adobe Creative Suite
Transaction Coordinator
- Assisting lead agent in all paperwork pertaining to the transaction, follow up with all parties on deadline dates, commitments, communication for a smooth transaction
- Collaborate with agents and customers
Client Management
- Assist with all current client communications tasks including but not limited to scheduling appointments, showings, check pick up, staging, photography, etc
- Assist current and past clients with all vendor relationship referrals (lenders, painters, contractors, utilities companies, etc)
Administrative Tasks
- Manage Social Media channels
- Prepare a daily work schedule.
- Prepare materials for listing presentation.
- Schedule listings for tour.
- Handle various computer functions, in-house
- Confirm appointments.
Works is 50% remote with flexible schedule available to accommodate.
