Looking for Triple Net Deals
A partner (hint: you will hear him soon on the BP podcast) and I are looking for the following specifically;
Triple Net properties (prefer Single-Tenant) between $5-15M, (higher is an option for the right deal)
5+ years on lease or ability to negotiate longer lease terms
8%+ Cap Rate
Off-Market Preferred
San Antonio, TX would be amazing but we’ll go into any market that makes sense if a great deal happens to be located there.
Recession Resistant Preferred (ie. CVS, Walgreens, FedEx, industrial, etc)
