Attn: Flippers, Investors, People of CHICAGO,

I have a property in the Auburn Gresham area that I need rehabbed and need it done as soon as possible. Anyone have any good recommendations for General Contractors? The property is unoccupied (has a lock box) but does need to be cleaned out. Please contact me or post here.
