DSCR loan around Chicago

Hello BP chicago community,

i am looking to invest using DSCR loan. Could you recommend a broker doing this type of loan in the chicago area?

I plan on investing in Illinois and out of state also.

@Benoit Cadot exactly what everyone else is saying, in fact @Zack Karp is my go to conventional guy and knows his stuff. I definitely recommend him and his team, they are top notch, for anyone in the area looking for conventional mortgages.

For a local HML and/or Portfolio lending (DSCR) I highly Recommend Renovo Financial. They are local, based out of Chicago, and not only do HML but now also longer term lending from 5yrs up to a 30yr fixed loan. In fact I just closed on a 30yr fixed with them TODAY that I refi'd out of the HML I had with them when I bought the house and renovated it.
