I am a real estate agent/property manager in an affordable Kansas market. SFH's average 200k with rents from 1600-1800. Manhattan, KS has a population of 56k people with an additional ~20k students attending Kansas State University each academic term. We are also located within 15 miles of Ft. Riley military base which adds a significant boost to the local tenant pool. Will be making regular personal trips to Tampa and would love to start developing relationships with a few investors in the area!
