Looking for Lenders to complete BRRRR in Pittsburgh, PA

Toby Liebergesell
Posted

Hi All,

I am reaching out looking to connect with any investors or lenders in the Pittsburgh area that could help with the refinance portion of the BRRRR method. I, along with my business partner are planning on purchasing and renovating with cash but in order to grow our portfolio quickly we were hoping to find a lender without a seasoning period so that we keep repeating the process.

I am hoping that a post on here can lead to some type of referral as we finish the last part of the BRRRR.

Thank you,

Toby

@Toby Liebergesell make sure you plan out the back end. You need to find  lender who will refinance an unseasoned property. You may find yourself stuck paying a hard money lender a high interest rate because you cant refinance. I can help you find a HM lender and a conventional lender but your will need to have strong financials and the property will need to cash flow and appraise. With Covid 19 lending institutions have tightened up a bit
