Accountability Administrator for Project Manager

We are growing very rapidly and looking to expand into related services for our clients and geographic areas of service. We are currently based in the Greater Philadelphia area, though the position is able to be filled remotely.

This job is part time, on a contractor basis with potential for a full-time role and career growth as the company expands. Compensation will vary based on experience but is starting at $20/hour with expected 20-30 hours/week and a flexible schedule.

As the Accountability Manager, your role will be mostly administrative and data gathering and entering. Most of the data you will be entering will be used to track the key performance indicators of the team. Armed with this data, your role will be to report your findings to the team during our daily huddles and regular meetings, and highlight any areas that are off track.
Some sample tasks associated with this role are:
- Meeting minutes (not word for word, just highlights and to-do’s)
- CRM Data entry for sales
- Contractor recruiting/onboarding
- We hire a lot of subcontractors, and are always looking for the best, we need your help with this!
- Project based tasks. Some Examples:
- Document processes
- Find inefficiencies in processes, recommend and implement changes
Job performance will be based on a Job Scorecard, a sample of which will be supplied during the interview process.
Some skills and traits we are looking for are:
- Detail oriented
- Organized
- Computer Savvy
- Excel, cloud storage, document editing, and database style software are all used in the role.
- Thorough
- Not required, but bonus points awarded if you have:
- Social media skills
- Real estate investing experience
- Process management experience
