looking for connections/finding deals/wholesalers
Hello BP community! I live in Michigan around the Grand Rapids area. I have two flips under my belt, but obviously still fresh in the game. One flip was intentional and the other was a primary residence that just happened to turn into flip. Excited to now take it more serious! I'm expanding my knowledge through social media networking, books, podcasts, etc. I am looking to connect and talk with other investors around the Grand Rapids area. Also looking to connect with wholesalers to be added to a buying list (cash purchasing is an option). I am looking around Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and surrounding areas. I'm well-versed in the construction side of flips, again, a newbie in finding deals. I'm young, full of energy, motivation and ready to get to work! Any connections and or advice is much apperciated!
