Real estate agent/investor in Athens, GA seeking investors

I live in Athens, GA, a thriving college town with a robust market. I used to manage properties for a number of investors who are beginning to sell their portfolio and I am seeking investors who would like to partner up and/or buy the properties as they come down the pipeline.
