Dallas / DFW investors:

I just got this house under contract, but due to already having three rehabs currently underway, I thought I might offer this one up for another investor.

Coppell Tx is in the heart of the DFW metroplex. DOM for the top houses sold in the last six months were 1,3,4,12 and 18. Current price /sq ft is $137.70, but with the right rehab will net you to $142 /sq ft or more.

It is a 3/2.5/2 built in 1983 with 1612 sq. ft. It needs full updating on the interior. There are no foundation issues that I noticed, but there is some water damage from a tub or sink that overflowed in an upstairs bathroom. Roof and a/c are good to go.

I think this house can be rehabbed for $25-$30k but I would encourage you to have your own contractor come inspect the property. Contact me to get access.
