Homsby is a platform that enables home buyers to purchase a home without a real estate agent. It's a strategy we've taken throughout the years to save thousands of dollars and we're looking to make this option more available to the masses.

What Problem We're Solving 

Most people think they need an agent to buy a home, but they don't. Going the traditional route can mean being stuck in a highly manual process that lacks transparency and you risk working with someone with little to no experience. Last year, 89% of homebuyers closed with a real estate agent, even though 56% of them found the home they purchased on their own. Why was that? Because they were not aware they had a choice. So we're giving them that choice... to save thousands of dollars by providing a platform that enables home buyers to write an offer on any house without an agent. As you navigate through the process, we'll educate you on your options as if you had a top-tier real estate agent guiding you.

Our Solution 

The Homsby experience starts with a virtual interview that turns simple, easily understood questions into a fully legal and qualified purchase offer - eliminating the need for a real estate agent. From there, our in-platform educational tools guide the buyer through offer submission, negotiation and counteroffers, as well as all the various moving parts of a purchase, straight through to closing. What TurboTax did for taxes, we're doing for real estate.
