Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

My name is Phil and I am a new investor from the Morningside Neighborhood of Atlanta, Ga. My passion for real estate began when my wife and I purchased and fully remodeled our current primary residence in the summer of 2018. This led to our family & partners purchasing our first short term rental property in Panama City Florida in the Spring of 2021.

I joined the forums to network with both experienced and new investors not only in Atlanta, but across the United States. I am actively looking for our next investment property and welcome potential partners, agents, or contractors who would like to team together! Currently my biggest challenge has been both finding a Real Estate agent as well as networking with investors who may also benefit from a partnership to both learn together as well as match on initial capital.

I aspire to grow an expansive investment portfolio but am looking for our next property in Atlanta as my wife and I are expecting our first child in August.

I am also a new investor in Atlanta, though I've been listening to BiggerPockets now for years. My mom and I recently partnered and are under contract on a townhouse in Powder Springs, set to close in a couple weeks!
