Looking for a Partner on a Fix and Flip

Hi Everyone,  

Do anyone have any suggestions about how I can find someone to partner with me on a deal? I already have the deal. A one story 4 bedroom 2 bath in Houston, TX. Purchase $110,000, the ARV is $170,000 and the rehab is cosmetic. This will be my first flip. Any advice will help!!!!
