Lockhart has become the new focus for a lot of Austin investors who are still chasing after the 1% rule. What used to be a small rural town, thanks to Austin's explosive growth, has now become a highly desirable market and is set to boom in the coming years. I've even been told its going to be the "Georgetown of south Austin" .
