Hello everyone!

I'm posting this to advertise myself. I am a new real estate investor as well as new to the industry as a whole, and in order for me to reach the level of success that I'm going to attain, I know that I must provide a large amount of service. There's no such thing as something for nothing.

I figure this service should not only be extended to my prospective clients, but also to my colleagues, and can only help develop each others resources and network. I also figure the more encouragement and enrichment I provide others will only open more doors and opportunities.

Basically with the stage that I'm at in my business I am looking for an opportunity to gain some "ground level" knowledge, guidance, and experience which is why I turned on my computer and started broadcasting my request. I need to get my feet wet with what successful transactions look like so I'm offering some of my time to gain that experience. I wouldn't necessarily call this a request for a mentorship either, I simply want to learn by doing and if you have something for me to do, I can give you some of my time.

I'm located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, so if you're in the area I'm open to coming to you or if you have something I could do more "virtually" miles or even states away I'm open to that as well.
