cold conversation = prospecting, pre-qualifying, assessing
warm conversation = negotiating, making offers.

We are focused on Jacksonville Florida, savannah Georgia, Greenville South Carolina, Raleigh North Carolina and Knoxville Tennessee. We Joint Venture Partner to acquire deals, and partner deal to deal. We renovate & flip, assign, buy and hold and list retail with realtor referrals, anywhere in the USA.
