Residential Property Portfolio Facilitator Position
Job description
Hours:8am-Noon in office, 1-5pm out of office availability
Days: Monday-Friday
Deadline: Position remains open until filled
Compensation: 50k annual based on Commissions and Bonuses; plus Real Estate Sales

Are you wanting to grow your real estate agent knowledge and client base and get paid to do so? Office and offsite opportunity to join our successful real estate and property management team. The successful candidate must be a friendly and professional individual who will enjoy being a part of our dynamic and energetic team. We offer a positive work environment for an outgoing and eager person with a passion for problem-solving! You must possess strong sales techniques, good phone etiquette, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to carry out duties as directed by the Property Manager and work well with the team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, energetic, self-starter who loves to lease! Experience with residential property maintenance is a plus but NOT required! An ideal candidate will have a high C and S DISC score.
Job duties could include:
● Work directly with the Business Development Manager to onboard new management properties.
● Tracking property vacancies & traffic
● Reaching out to guest cards about showings
● Scheduling showings
● Scheduling signage as needed for vacant properties
● Update & communicate showings and leases with owners
● Reporting issues at homes as needed
● Verifying a property is ready for occupancy with complete move-in inspections and detailed scope of work write-ups.
● Work with the accounting department to determine security deposit returns
● Completing showings around the greater Portland metro area
● Manage property listing and advertisements on Indeed, Craigslist, etc
● Creating Lease agreements
● Use Appfolio software
● Determine goals and objectives of owner(s)
● Maintain good owner relationships by providing thorough and prompt communication and professional advice
● Representing investment and residential property buyers and sellers
Help us keep our clients and staff safe. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for employment.
Job Requirements:
● Up to date or interested in obtaining Oregon Real Estate License.
● Computer skills, strong organization skills, good phone, and public relations skills.
● Knowledge of residential property management functions, processes, and tools a plus but not required.
● Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person with property owners, tenants, vendor partners, the general public, and co-workers
● Ability to be prompt and dependable
