Budget analysis tool

I recently bought a house that needs some renovation. I could flip it or rent it out. I am looking for a more detail excel spreedsheet or other tool to help me create a budget for this project. I've seen the BP analysis tool but feel I need a bit more thorough one. Does anyone have one they are willing to share or tell me where to get one?

if you need a " tool " to help you with the budget ( do not over think it) than all do resect, you should not be buying it . I have done about 500 deals never once using a " tool" .  Show the deal to someone with experience, learn than apply what you learn.

Good luck
