Looking for a financial advisor

We own short and long term rentals on Cape Cod and are looking for a financial advisor to help us make the most of our tax returns. Any suggestions? Thank you!

As others have pointed out, you likely need a CPA instead of a financial advisor.
When selecting your CPA, make sure they are familiar with real estate taxation(Especially as it involved short term rentals).

In agreement with both Basit and Taylor. If you are looking to optimize your tax situation, a proactive planning oriented CPA might be what you are looking for. Unfortunately, many CPAs are backwards looking and focus on just preparing tax returns. If you are looking for higher level financial goal setting, planning for the future, and investment advice, you would be looking for a financial advisor(I prefer the term financial planner).
