Real Estate Bookkeeper and Accounting

Evelyn V.
Posted

Hello!

I am just starting out in my career and am learning finance in order to become a better investor, and would like to become a real estate bookkeeper to provide value to other investors. Does anyone have any tips on finding remote part time work for a real estate bookkeeper or accountant? I am working full time doing accounts payable but want to take the next step to boost my learning and eventually startup my own practice.
I am just getting started in real estate investing and know this is something I want to work on for the long term. Any advice or insight on going this route would be greatly appreciated. I'd love to connect with others who are doing this as well!

Thanks!

Biggest pockets has a directory of CPA firms (sorry I have limited connection, or I’d share the link with you).

I know Brandon Hall’s firm well. They are reputable and real estate focused. Feel free to reach out to them.

Hope it helps!  DM me if you need more info.
