Can't seller finance with a balloon payment under LLC in Texas?

My title company is saying that I cannot do a seller finance deal for a home I own free and clear and sell it under my LLC since there is a 5-year balloon payment. Has anyone had this issue? What did you do? She's saying I can sell it under my name or a trust. I'm in Houston, Texas
