I add Form 1084 with my presentation packet, (W-2, Proposal for Finance, etcetera) when asking for a loan. The commercial loan officers say they have never seen this included. Due to the addition of this form, they have been impressed with my understanding of our finances.

Hope this helps you understand your income as an investor, as well.

The Form http://docs.pnlending.com/FNMA%20Self%20Emp%20Income%20Analysis.pdf PFD - Explanation on how to fill out and understand this form. https://www.fanniemae.com/content/guide_form/1084.pdf Power Point - Understanding Form 1084 for Self-Employed Borrowers http://fanniemae.articulate-online.com/ContentRegistration.aspx?DocumentID=2e797245-7265-489c-a829-731397b100e4&Cust=77787&ReturnUrl=/p/7778741139
Good luck & stay positive! Trisha
