Affordable Care Act

Just wanted to share something with my fellow RE Investors professionals.

As we all know, the ACA is mandatory and very expensive if you are paying for it yourself. You can of course choose to pay the fine at the end of the year, but, in my humble opinion, paying to get nothing is kinda foolish... Call me stingy if you want to :)

Now, I came across (and signed up for) this plan that qualifies for the ACA: www.chministries.org. It has less features maybe than a full health insurance plan, but it's more affordable. You can always add on some concierge medical service or even http://cadrplus.com/

It may not be for everyone, but I thought that some of you might like the info.

Happy New Year!
