Best Credit Card to Build Credit

I am currently trying to build/rebuild my credit. I got sick while in university and defaulted on a student loan. This and my medical bills wrecked my credit. I believe the medical bills will be removed from my credit report in six months or so.

Which credit card would be the best to start off with?

Should I get more than one?

Should I get a secured or unsecured?

Should I keep the balance at 25% or 30%?

Capital one unsecured. Keep your utilization less then 30%. Give yourself one year to build. Good luck
