Hi All,
I'm looking to find more information regarding grants and down payment assistance for myself as a first time home buyer. I'm looking to use an FHA 203k streamline loan on a multifamily to capitalize on cash flow/appreciation post re-fi. Are there any grants/ down payment assistance programs that would support me with this loan? Or if you guys have any other suggestions regarding down payment assistance, it would be appreciated! Thanks!
